so im kickin back for a sec, reflecting on all the new bug sounds the hot weather is bringing, when a yellow jacket flies right into the shop, and goes directly into the 1/8″ hole air inlet to my hot air solder gun.  sat there a bit more to make sure i didn’t imagine it, then turned on the air, sure enough, he can’t back out the tube he crawled in, and jammed the pump.  if i hadn’t been looking right at it when he did, i’d be wondering why its not working in an hour or so as i finish the first bark brain.  guess i know what first on the list today, complete take apart of my hotair station.  like the wise man said, take care of your tools and they’ll take care of you.
